Sibylle du Bus

Anyone who has met Sibylle du Bus will tell you the same thing: her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. “My greatest regret is that there are only 24 hours in a day!” And it’s true that she is constantly looking to make new experiences and find new ways to support decision makers.

Whether it’s shareholders of family-owned businesses, corporate executives, the next generation of family business owners, SME or public institution board members, Sibylle shares her experience, provides practical tools, and pushes clients outside their comfort zones — now at the head of GOVERNOW and EPM Formations, previously within Guberna, in a range of industries including banking, healthcare, etc.

Referring to her experience consulting for shareholders of family-owned businesses, a job she is particularly fond of, she says: “A successful guidance is when all those who stood in the shadows join together around a single vision and shared values. It is when the family can finally run its business on its own and I am no longer needed.”

Thanks to her background as an economist, her training as a systemic coach and her broad professional experience as corporate governance analyst, she is able to engage with people in a caring and honest way, qualities that are both rarely found and invaluably precious in the consulting industry today: “If you’re not absolutely in touch with the life of actual businesses, nothing you say will be relevant.”

And to understand what is really going on in businesses, Sibylle has built an extensive network of experts, professionals and high-profile decision makers. Her attention to detail and the expertise of her network are the guarantees for a tailored approach that will give you the keys to move forward.
